If your veggie or vegan, watch out for miso soup, this seems to be vegan at first glance, but contains fish paste, so double check the ones you buy. It is a good source of iodine for veggies, but dont overdo it.
Recently I bought miso soup from Tesco (boo, hiss) thinking it was veggie, I got it home and read the ingredients properly and it contains fish.
My BF doesn't like it (or anything else that contains soya, doesn't know what he's missing!) so I gave it to my friend, she's Chinese and was very confused why I thought she'd like it!
