Last night I tried bi-carb instead of conditioner, just dissolved a handful in a cup of warm water, then pour over and rinse out; it seems to have worked well, my hair is light and fluffy today.
I am also trying batch cooking, so far I have had stew, soup and chana aloo (chickpea curry). It works well, but I think we will need more vegetables. Have enough left for tomorrow night, eating out tonight, have to find something for tomorrow's lunch. Got last nights leftovers for lunch today.
Doing well with buy no lunch challenge !
